Welcome to Boonsboro Elementary! Boonsboro is located on the edge of Lynchburg, Virginia in beautiful Bedford County at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. NUTRITION


Free/Reduced Meal Applications

Visit LINQ Connect to complete an online application for free/reduced meals. Paper applications are available in the front office. Eligibility is determined by household size and income. An eligibility determination letter will be mailed to you.

Online Payment Provider

Families may deposit funds to student meal accounts with a credit or debit card online at LINQ Connect.  This is a secure, third-party vendor. Any funds that were remaining on student's MySchoolBucks accounts from prior have been rolled over and are active on the students account through LINQ. 

Beginning August 1, 2023, online payments have a processing fee of 3.95% of the transaction amount with a minimum fee of $2.85 per transaction.

Payments may be made at no charge in all school cafeterias by cash or check.

There is no charge to maintain your LINQ Connect account, which allows families to view student meal transactions and set spending limits or restrictions.
